Warning To All Born Again Christians

Warning To All Born Again Christians

signs of the end times, bible prophecy, warning

This is it, we are in the end times predicted by Bible Prophecy and we are not only in them we are far into them.  Yet instead of born again Christians getting closer to the Lord knowing that He is coming soon to take us in the Rapture, many are falling into sins right along with the world that is growing more wicked.  As people in the world are getting more sinful so are members of the Church of Jesus Christ.

Many believers skim over the Paul’s passage in 1 Corinthians 5:5 concerning the destruction of the flesh for believers engaging in grievous unrepentant sin.

As born again Christians our mission is to preach the gospel, teach and disciple other believers and help lift up those who are weak. God gives each of us gifts and different tasks to perform for him. In the meantime we are to walk with God and to obey the first commandment which tells us that we are not to have any gods before the Lord Our God.

Too often we serve God and serve ourselves and our false gods. We are lukewarm Christians. Jesus that He would rather that we are hot or cold. In Rev. 3: 15-16 Jesus states: I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot, I could wish you were cold or hot. So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, will I vomit you out of my mouth.

How many of us are lukewarm? We go to church, tell folks the gospel at our convenience and we live for our idols of family, hobbies, dreams and our own interests. We hold onto our pet sins and rejoice in the fact that our sins are washed away and we are going to heaven. We take the Lord for granted.

The signs of the end times are all there that were predicted in Bible Prophecy, there is not much time left to serve the Savior.   Seeing the signs of the times that were predicted in Bible Prophecy unfold should be both a warning and a blessing to any born again Christian.  Even Christians like non believers want their sin.

Jesus speaks of the unfaithful servant in Luke 12:45-46:

But if that servant says in his heart, "My master is delaying his coming, and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk.

The master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

I know of a Christians who died this very death who used alcohol and drugs.  They acted just as the unfaithful servant in this passage.

In the mean time I warn all believers to make sure they are living for Jesus, and that the Lord God is first and foremost in your life and you are fulfilling your part in the Great Commission. I am sure if any Christians whose lives were cut short because of sin could do it all over again, with what they know now, they would be living their lives sold out for the Lord.  It is too late for them now, they made their decisions.

Let the story of their deaths be warning of the seriousness of our mission for the Lord Jesus Christ and of His words and His warnings. The Great Commission is serious business and we need to take it seriously and examine ourselves and our walk with the Lord because we will be accountable for what he have done in the body.   With all signs pointing to the coming of the Great Tribulation and the possibility of the rapture we might not have much time left to work for our Lord. This is it folks-we are well into the end times and the unfolding of end time Bible Prophecy.
